I went and looked at the timeline for CSC and saw some were very fast from NOA1 to NOA2 and others are around 3 - 5 months. Why is there such a wide difference in processing time out of the same center for K1 visas?

I bet some were expedited. CSC usually approve 4 - 6 months. Most common.
