Hi All-

When checking the processing times for Vermont center for I-129F, the summry says, as of Sep-30th, the processing application being processed is April-16th. This indicates 5.5 months.

It's almost December and why is it still only reporting Sept-30th?

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do

Thanks

Because the people who handle their website are lazy. I've complained about this, taken survey's etc. No responses. You should complain as much as possible about this to them so that they change it. We can only change things by being frank to USICS that they need to communicate.

If there are enough people complaining they will change it.

I'm hoping to God we hear something in December, its been a very long wait (going on 7 months) and I know there is still another 3-4 month for the trip through NVC and the interview. If anyone dare tells me that I'm not a patient person after this, AND I've kept my sense of humor!

Where on the website do you find your status of 5.6

You can find processing times here: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do

I don't think 0.6 is equal to 6 weeks. If that was the case, then it would be 6 months and 2 weeks because 6 weeks equals 1 month and 2 weeks.

5.6 months should be a little more than five and a half months ( 5 1/2).

You will notice that as of Sept-30, they were processing cases from April-16th. This comes to exactly 5.5 months (or 5 months and 2 weeks).

I have NOA1 on June 4. Since the update for October 30 did not reach my date, USCIS still refuses to help me. I spoke to a Tier 2 officer and have called a few times. I am happy for all that are approved but very frustrated I still must wait.
