I am in the same boat! My NOA1 was on June 7th and no word yet. This long wait is killing me since I have not seen my fiance since April and I doubt I will be able to see him until the entire visa process is approved because of the cost of a plane ticket/ work conflicts (T-T)

They are working on May 25th filers now. Very slow. California center is now working on the July filers. Yours is coming soon patience. Wish my fiance had filled in California instead of Vermont. We filed in Aug so you can imagine mine is next year and i haven't seen my fiance for more than a year. :(

In this boat as well. Our file date in June 6th and we're nearly at the seven month mark. Too slow, Vermont. Too slow. :crying:

I am a MAY filer with NOA1 MAy 8, but until now still havent got the NOA2 yet. Yes, it is frustrating but we just need to be more patient enough. PATIENCE is a virtue. The best thing to do is wait coz everything is in God's hands. I feel your frustration because the waiting game is not easy. The 5.6 months is just the average processing time. But there are other factors that can change the processing time. So dont expect to much that VSC will really hit that 5.6 months. It can change to 6 or more. I myself, has gone through a lot pain, frustrations and anger. I even felt giving up and cried million times. Crazy isn't it? But after all, I realized that the more we get anxious to get the NOA2, the more it slows up the process. So as of now, I stop checking the USCIS website coz I'm fed up seeing it's still on "INITIAL REVIEW". Had been checking it more than 20x times a day. lol. So just hang in there guys, and relax. Our time will come soon. Every case is different. Some of the people who even filed after us have been approved. You may think unfair, isn't it? How come others got approved and we are not? But that's just the way it goes. We don't have any idea why this is happening only USCIS knows. Just keep your positive vibes and most of all your FAITH in GOd. Don't be anxious coz God will take control of everything. My fiance has called twice to USCIS and requested the operator to speak to a TIER 2. As he spoke with a tier2, they are still working on petitions for April and May. They further said that VSC is having backlogs of petitions and even added that CSC is also facing the same problem. So guys, instead of worrying as to when your NOA2 arrives, you'd better start collecting the forms and other documents needed for the interview and divert your attention to something that would make you feel relaxed and enjoy! God bless all the VSC filers. Our time will come soon the least we expect!

VSC is taking forever. I finally got approved after 195 days but they haven't even sent my petition to NVC yet.. i want to scream!

I called yesterday just to inquire if it had actually been sent yet and I spoke to tier 2.. She told me VSC has no control over when petitions leave and mine is basically sitting in a box somewhere ready to be shipped to NVC.. She said it can take 30-90 days, WTH? NVC told me it should be recv'd in 15 business days.. not freaking out, just annoying after already waiting so long.. Some leave VSC fast others slow.. So NOA2 i wonderful but who knows how long the next process takes.. If my k1 can just get the hell out of america we will be fine.. lol
