I think you mean you want to use the same employment letter for the I-864 needed for AOS as you used for the I-134 at the K-1 visa interview. Financial information is not needed with the I-129F.

You can use the same letter if it was written and signed recently and nothing has changed.

Not much had materially changed between the time we submitted the I-134 at the consulate and when we filed the I-864 for the AOS process. I believe that I submitted more current pay check statements, but the rest was essentially the same.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

Hello has anyone had any success using the same documents used to show financial support on the I-129F for the I-894? I would like to reuse the letter from my employer showing my salary and the amount of time i have had my job for the I-894 adjustment of status form

It is the I-864.

You do not send financial documents of any type for any reason with the I-129f petition

You submit an I-134 with the visa application at the visa interview.

IF your fiancee arrives quickly and IF you get married and file the AOS quickly, I suppose you could use the same documentation for the I-864.

Be advised, if you are knowingly submitting false information, such as income verification or documentation, it would be cosidered visa fraud if discovered. You, of course, need to use the I-864 form for the AOS which has different questions than the I-134 and is more detailed. The I-864 is a legal contract, the I-134 is a pre-printed cover letter with no legal meaning. Why would you not want to add the most recent check stubs or financial information? Also be aware that USCIS can ask for updated information if they do not like what you sent.

I think you mean you want to use the same employment letter for the I-864 needed for AOS as you used for the I-134 at the K-1 visa interview. Financial information is not needed with the I-129F.

You can use the same letter if it was written and signed recently and nothing has changed.

 If nothing has changed being the key words. I used the same employment letter for both. Nothing had changed. I submitted new check stubs, and new bank statements.
