I personally waited till the NOA2 as I thought I would be a good idea to present the last 2 current pay checks stubs as proof of income. I just sent my fiancé packet to her in Tuesday, she got it yesterday.

It seems you may get adjudicated in the next few days. Personally I would wait as it doesn't really hurt you if your petition is approved, but if you get RFE'd you would have to resend later anyway. There shouldn't be any problem getting the paperwork over well in advance of the interview.

Good luck!

Yeah have him prepare those supporting docs but Letter of Employment should be current and could be send later on along with his pay stubs. If you haven't done so, get your NBI, CENOMAR, Birth Certificate and/or Police Reports from other countries that you stayed for more than 6 months.

Hang in there, it's right around the corner.

Good luck!

Many of the documents needed at the interview phase are somewhat time-sensitive. It is reasonable to wait until you have the visa petition approved before sending the required documents, so that they are relatively current when presented at the consulate/embassy interview phase of your journey.

YMMV.

Good luck on your visa journey.
