in vietnam, best to have met 2 times before filing i-129f form

hi everyone, does anyone have experience with vietnam k-1 filing? i'm just wondering if it's as the lawyers in vietnam says. he says that it's best to have met at least 2 times before filing the i-129f form. does anyone have experience that's different from what the lawyer says? thanks.

see the USCIS website, its mention there fiance & fiancee must meet in person once in 2 years, not the two times.

n this is rule for all over the world.

There is no official policy about this, but with difficult consulates like HMC, the more visits the better. Also, having a Dam Hoi is important to get approval over there. Be sue to have a read of our Vietnam forum: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/136-vietnam/

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

That's what I did. My fiancee and kids were here in 10 months. We also had an RFE.
