Scheduling an Interview Date Online

Hello everyone! I was trying to schedule Interview date online and I have few questions to ask:

1. Is the priority date the received date on the NOA1?

2. Is the Case ID the MNL Case Number?

3. I was on the last part where it's asking for the Receipt Number, I don't know which receipt number to put, is it the receipt number from the customer's copy that I printed online? Or is it the passport number? I tried doing both but none of the two were accepted.

3. it is the receipt number from the customer's copy that you printed online.. not the passport number.

after you pay the fee at BPI, you have to wait for 4-6 hours before you schedule your interview, that is if you pay before 2pm. If you pay after 2pm, you can schedule your interview the next day 1PM. They have cut off, that:s why.

if tomorrow, the receipt number still doesn't work, you need to call the BPI and ask them why you can't use your receipt number. To find the number of the BPI branch where you paid the fee, try using google

Priority date is the ACCEPTED date on the NOA 1. Case number is your MNL #. Receipt number is the number on the receipt you got from BPI for payment.

One more thing, the website may say you can schedule after 4 hours of payment, but many times it takes 24 hours.
