That's interesting "visiting fiancee" they didn't question you about marriage? Or if u intended to get married? Anyway the bottom line is we do have our options and we will make a decision. Thank you

I visited my fiance as a fiance twice, the first time the officer just jokingly asked if he was invited to my wedding, but on the second occasion (the time I got married) I think they just stamped my passport and waved me on. So it can be easy, sometimes.

If she gets admitted there is NOTHING illegal about getting married in the US

Another thing someone proposed say just visiting and then drive to Canada get married there...comeback to USA and spend the extra week she has off from the holidays before she goes back
