I received an email on Nov. 1st, today is the 11th business day. I enter my receipt number on the web site but its not found. Do I just need to be more patient?

I'm having the same problem with my receipt number - I only got ours back yesterday though so perhaps I am being a little impatient! Hopefully they will update their systems soon.

Their website is unreliable, so don't lose sleep over it.

It's normal for the hard copy of the NOA1 to take a while yes.gif Don't fret just yet!

If you want, you can always call USCIS and they should be able to confirm that they have received your packet and that you should be getting NOA1 sometime in the future (it could take a month).
