what is faster K-1 or CR-1

I'm considering the pros and cons of:

First bring my fiancee to the US, then marry her using a K1 visa.

First marrying my fiancee in Mexico, Then bring her using a CR1 visa.

What is the fastest/best way to go about this?! We just want to be together ASAP!!

K1 is the fastest by several months.

CR1 visa which requires you to be married, cost less and she can begin to work within several weeks after arriving in the USA because she will receive her Green card and social security card.

CR1 visa is less likely to be denied because you are married and you will have a marriage certificate to prove it plus other evidence of marriage plus affadavits from friends that witnessed marriage and relationship, etc.
