Will it count? USCIS does not have a minimum for knowing each other before you file. You are required to have met in person in the last 2 years, not know each other for 2 years. Do you understand the difference?

Good luck

For example we met about 5/6 months and did Skype before i visited. If both of you reread the guides and USCIS site directly will help. See the Nigeria group for the local pitfalls.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

One of the requirements for the I-129f petition is to have met each other in person within the last 2 years. To the USCIS and this petition process, it does not matter if you have only known each other one day, just as long as you have met and seen each other in person. Now for your consulate you may need to have a longer relationship, but that is for the second stage of the process after your petition is approved.

as it has been said before... sometime between November 2010 and Today, you must have seen your fiancee in real life, face to face at least one time. you will need proof of this encounter by providing many photographs, or anything else that would function as an alibi placing the both of you at the same place, at the same time.

you do not have to have known her for 2 years.

when i filed, i've known my lady for 2 weeks!!
