Hi there,

I just received the hard copies of NO2 for my wife and kids from I-130 individually.

1) Mind to give me some links to follow or suggestions on what to do next?

2) What are the requirements that my wife and kids need to prepare aside from Police (NBI) clearance?

3) Can I start doing the email route for NVC? When and how can I start?

4) Normally how many months from NOA2 to Interview schedule?

5) It's better if I will be the agent right?

Thanks

After 10 days start calling NVC everyday for a case number for each; if children are 16 yo or older they need an NBI; you'll need an NSO birth certificate for each; NSO Marriage Certificate; Yes make ready the paper DS 3032 one for each, yes its better if you are the agent...and also type up an email form DS 3032 from the wiki link above, for each child and wife, when you get your case number insert it into the subject line as shown in the email form, and email them all to NVC and also mail the hard copies the same time; you may not ever get a reply, or just receive an email like I did to forward the AOS docs then and pay the bill. From NOA2 to interview, prob about 3 months or so; about 5-6 weeks after NVC case complete. See James Shortcuts or the links for NVC (above in Wiki link) has most requirements there.

Thanks Markieboy. Oh by the way I have a step daughter too and she's one of the NOA2 recipients. During their interview, did you present any full custody papers for her? What else should I be aware of in terms of petitioning step daughter?

When at NSO getting certified birth certificates, get extras to bring stateside, they will come in handy from time to time.
