Packet 4

Hey all!

This is a silly question but I think the waiting is driving me loopy.

What e-mail address does the Packet 4 get sent to? Is it:

a) Email on the email authorisation form

b) Original Packet 3 email.

The reason I ask this is our original Packet 3 email was sent to my fiance's email who never checked his email as we were expecting the Packet 3 to be forwarded through to myself and my lawyer said he never recieved it either. It wasn't until I chased them up did I get the Packet 3 (I was so freaking angry that was an extra 3 week delay).

Hey u should receive ur package4 ( interview date) on the email u set in with ur ds-230 and the 2nd page word doc that was att. to package 3.

Where u gave ur name ur partners name and ur email address and alternate email address if u have one. I just wrote mine twice.

you should hear soon, possibly next Monday? they might have just been shuffling a few things around before they issue new interview dates, they gave me till Friday to confirm my change in date so its possible there are others that have been moved around too. Just a theory.

I get my emails to all 3 addresses, 2 of mine that I provided, and my fiances.

haha, thats exactly it excited and nervous! 5 more days! I'm quite sure I won't sleep on Monday night!

Fantastic!!! You'll be there for Christmas. I hope you don't mind but I think I'll copy you and send them an email too. I know they only got my Pkt 3 this week, but I guess it can't hurt to give it a try. I so want the kids and I to be there for Christmas, it will be a huge task ahead of me to prepare....garage sale, moving out of the house etc.... but I've never shied away from a challenge. Already sold the car, the kids and I have loved walking to school and to the shops this past week, makes me feel that I have been very lazy in the past using my car so much.

I dont think I'll make it for Christmas. The reason being is my interview is exactly a week before Christmas and I dont feel comfortable booking my flights until I get my visa in hand.

haha, thank you! I put a review in the embassy reviews, it was easy and they were professional but friendly, really nice experience actually, no need to be nervous at all, though I know you can't help yourselves!! I was a wreck going in.
