Huah!! Just got off the phone with USCIS. After explaining that I'm deployed with the USAF at the moment, and can't check my mail, they let me know that NOA2 is in the mail. NOA2 date was 26 Oct 06.

Err... my timeline is a bit outdated. Haven't had time to work on it lately :blush: "Ariesgurl" will have an accurate one on this post later though! Mahal Kita Ariesgurl!!! (L)

Thanks to all for the kind wishes and assistance! One to the next step!

Your timeline looks very much like ours. Those couple of touches after the approval may be sending to NVC.

There's no guarantee but it's worth a try to call NVC this Monday to check. Call 603-334-0700 during the morning EST and talk to a person. The automated response system isn't reliable and even if you ask by email, you will not be told the date the petition was shipped to the US Consulate.

Enjoy the approval and good luck for the rest of the journey. :thumbs:

The automated response system isn't reliable and even if you ask by email, you will not be told the date the petition was shipped to the US Consulate.

The automated ystem doesn't work for K-1s. They are never entered into the system. You need to talk to a live person.

You can also track shipments from NVC to the consulate by using DHL website. You won;t know for sure i fyour petition is in the budle but you wil lknow what dates these packages arrive at the consule and can try contracting the consulate to check with them if it has arrived.
