I don't believe there are any options for in-laws to file petitions.

USCIS - 40 DAYS
2012-10-30: FedEx delivered I-130 to Chicago Lockbox Mail Room
2012-11-01: NOA1 by email - MSC
2012-11-02: $420 (x3) debited from our account
2012-11-05: NOA1 hard copies received, Priority Date 2012-10-30
2012-12-11: NOA2

NVC - 26 DAYS
2013-01-02: Rec'd case#, IIN, BIN & OPTIN emails for EP sent
2013-01-03: Submitted DS-261 (x3)
2013-01-07: AOS bills invoiced and paid & OPTIN for EP accepted for each of us

no your mother in law can't file for you..

but she can be your joint sponsor if your husband wants to file for Affidavits of Support..but your husband must file for the I-130 and your husband must be the petitioner

Your only other option besides your husband bringing his spouse to the USA is for you natural child who is a US Citizen at least 18 years of age to petition their parent.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

I believe the child would have to be age 21 before they could apply for their parent.

A - Your son may file an immigrant petition for you only after he has turned 21.

Yes, 21 is correct. Not really an option in this case but it's important the OP stops grasping at straws and deals with the real issue, which is that her spouse has a Conviction that falls under the Adam Walsh Act. That's why his petition was denied. She doesn't have another avenue to go around this problem. She has to work THROUGH it.
