My hubby knows how to.make porkolt and stuffed cabbage himself now that I taught him. We went on a porkolt binge for a few months last year and havent made it since, but ive been wanting to.......just babies are mobile now. He will eat chicken paprikash, but nor enough to cook himself. How does your hubby like Magyar food?

I had 2 questions i think after reading your Casa review-- 1)Can the interviewer see you from the window all those hours you waited, like watching you interact with hubby?

2) I forgot and will have to go back later to read

Happy Friday to everyone in Mena (cous cous day!!)

Yummmm it's Couscous Friday here in my home too. I use to love Fridays in morocco. My husbands mom taught me each visit how to prepare and cook this wonderful dish.

Funny story.... My first visit to morocco was on a friday. I went below to the hotel restaurant and ordered the seven veggie coucous with chicken. I was expecting a normal dish size, when suddenly, I found myself with a bowl of food big enough to feed five people. I sucked it up and ate as much as I could lol and ask for a to go box lolllll she said okay and brought me a whole new dish as big as the last one to go back with me to the room. I guess the to go box thing, is only in America biggrin.gif

Heck noooo not every Friday lol. It's time consuming for sure. I think I like couscous more than Mohammed. I always make extra, to eat with milk for my lunch. I honestly think we eat more Moroccan dishes than the typical ameican dish weekly. I bake that freaking bread every other day lol. Don't like bread, but love harsha.
