ok - so that's some canadian stuff, and not what I am asking about.

I know it can seem confusing, as the Canadian Immigration Point and the USA Immigration point are very close together.

I ask again ..

When you gained entry into the USA again, what was the basis for your re-entry ?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

it was 16 th september 2012. on sunday at the niagara falls .. i came back to us custom border with that paper and my valid ID. us officer took my id and checked on their system with my ID and found all my information . he was a little bit angry but he said ok for now i will give you access. i m seeing now you have green two year conditional green card and he asked me some question ( the questions are what is your father name mother name and where you living now and how you get the green card thats it and i answered correctly to all questions.he said ok go ahead..
