If your tales here are true , what you have done is not something you should be asking people online how to fix, you need to be consult a highly qualified immigration lawyer. Maybe your papers weren't as serious as you have led us to believe but you need an expert.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

pancu - on what basis did you re-enter the USA?

Answer that question, directly, and we might be able to guess the next step for you.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

That is no help.

What did the form you signed say? Did you claim to be a US citizen?

Until you provide complete information then no one here can help you further.

sorry, it really is that simple - on what basis did you re-enter the USA from Canada?

You mention a form or two, signatures, fingerprints, blah blah blah -

so in the paperwork you might have walked away with,

or the paperwork you signed

the basis for your re-entry was listed there.

I'm asking you to review that piece of paper (or two)

and tell us...

From the paper you saw - what was the basis the USA Customs and Border Patrol allowed you to re-enter the country ?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Based on the previous posts, chances are he wont be able to pass the English or Civics tests for citizenship anyway.

dear all my best friends.. to summary of my history is that i entried to usa without my origin country(turkey)passport and my conditional green card..i just had my valid (issued by government penndot DMV).. i passed to usa with just my ID.thank you

Pancu everyone knows the summary of your situation. Everyone is asking exactly what form (the name, the form number, etc) you had to sign to re-enter the United States. Nobody can help you (and you are wasting everyone's time) if you don't give us the details of that form.

You would think with this much of a language barrier that more caution would have been taken before attempting to cross the border in the first place.
