Ds3032 not accepted or rejected!!!!

Hi again,good people! I emailed the Ds3032 to nvc for two weeks now and no reply,i got the automated message the day i sent them,i sent about 3 different types to make sure they get it but i see they either lost it or something,i emailed the original one the sent to us,(filled it in) and resend and again the email type of it too,what is going wrong ?

secondly me and wife emailed change of address too as i was assigned my home country's consulate but am living and working in another country with wife and no reply as well. we are confused.please help with your experiences.

Have you called NVC to see if they accepted your DS-3032? One sure way to know is your IV Bill is invoiced. You sent so many you probably overwelmed them You need to call NVC.
