G325A and other forms, all English?

I just got all the work history, etc from my Fiancé and it is of course all in Russian. Do I need to translate (or more properly transliterate) company names and addresses to Roman script? What about places of birth, etc?

Sorry for asking such a newbe question but I didn't see any examples or threads that addressed this issue.

Hi, I believe you must fill them up in English, however the place of birth should be written according to its original name.

Some sections, like the employment history, of my fiancee's G-325A form was in Spanish. So I think for those parts you could have it in the native language.

I transliterated for her in English all of the G325A information. You should do this also and have her sign in BLACK Ink

the signature area. It is very wise to have at least two of these forms she signs and dates for you because it will

slow you down a lot just getting her signature on a replacement in case you need it. I had to get a replacement (my error)

and it cost me a lot to get this done by UPS ($88 both ways for this document!). You can fill in the data for her but be SURE

it is accurate because you must be truthful on all of this process. We used Google Tgranslate and then "back translated" to

see if it was accurate. The two of you take your time on all of these forms and double/triple check that you are accurate.

I miss-spelled my Mother-in-Laws Maiden name .... and ... well... it needs to be correct. This information is on my Wifes

Birth Certificate and I missed the spelling. My fault and now it's good to be helpful to others. Be extra careful to get

everything absolutly correct!!!

Everything on this form is in Roman Letters, not Cyrillic except of course your fiance's signature AND

the Printed FULL name above the statement about "penalties". Print the Cryillic letters unless you know the Fonts and have the

keyboard switched to Russian. Be sure to fill in "N/A" or "None" as applicable to all open spaces on questions on the G325A.

If you were already married she would use the full name signature as on her Internal Passport. In your case she uses her

normal Russian signature.

Thanks everyone! I've transliterated everything and I plan to get my Russian teacher to go over it all. Thankfully I do have Cyrillic fonts on my computer so it was easy to type my Fiancé's name in Russian in the one spot needed.

We put the companies in Danish and the job titles in English. It went through without a problem with the I-129F.

We did change all of the å,æ,ø to their English equivalents (aa, ae, oe).
