No Bio letter one month since NOA1. Should I call USCIS next week? This waiting is not fun at all.

No Bio letter one month since NOA1. Should I call USCIS next week? This waiting is not fun at all.

I called and was told have to wait the full 30 days, I sent an email to CA, maybe an exception was we had a BIO for a I90 about a month before? If none is received by 12/15/ I will call and ask for a ISO.

Well off to a good start sent packet out on 2012-11-17 to CSC, NOA was dated 2012-11-22 and already recv'd Biometric Appt for 2012/12/19 only problem which didn't surprise me is my stepson has appt on this date and my wife has it the next day. I will make every effort to get her's done on the same day wish me luck (500 mile roundtrip with a total of 7 hours each time we go).Wish everyone a quick and easy journey.

Wow! I would definitely attempt a walk-in for her on the prior date. I suspect you'll be successful (fingers crossed) but perhaps you can stay overnight at a hotel otherwise? Good luck!

Adding leith@levgeniia to VSC list When is the Receipt Date on your NOA letter? You need that date for the list
