I wish. 90 days of waiting for me now. Have any of you Atlanta transferers tried calling USCIS and talking to a tier 2 officer yet? I have read on other threads that many others have done this recently and gotten updates on their cases such as when case was assigned to an officer. I haven't called yet but having been thinking about it. Anyone had any luck with calling?

Ive seen this also...and Ive considered calling but I dont know how I would do it! I'd probably fail and end up with a tier 1! Ughhhhhh I just wanna hear some good news!

USCIS

08/13/2012: I-130 sent to Chicago Lockbox from Jordan (Nahda Office)

08/21/2012: NOA1

8/21/2012 : NOA1 Hardcopy

8/28/2012 : 1-797C Action Transferred to NBC (Assuming sent to Atlanta Local office...but no telling)

O9/4/2012 : Last touched.

2/26/2013 : Infopass with Atlanta (confirmed file is there and no action yet. To be started in March)

03/18/2013 : 2nd Infopass (No review or processing of any stand-alone I-130s for 60-90 days. URGHHHHHHHHHH)

04/6/2013: NOA2 (228 days from NOA1)

NVC

05/10/13 USCIS Atlanta letter to me confirms this date as sent to NVC

05/20/13 NVC Received Case (Waiting on case number)
06/7/2013 NVC case number assinged
06/7/2013 Choice of agent complete now awaiting fees

Gave up tracking when I left overseas...but we are almost done biggrin.png!

Yep, the more I think about it, the more I believe he must have got that date by plugging in my receipt number (EAC # -> VSC processing date). The only way to try to understand Atlanta's true proce

Me too. I have no idea how to get a tier 2 on the phone. I can't wait to hear that one of us Atlanta cases has been approved so then I can truly believe they are actually processing cases there...haha. I just wish we knew how many cases have been processed there recently. The website still has Sept. data on it.

Starting the process over again for our daughter (IR2):

1/13/16 NOA1 from Potomac Service Center

4/5/16 NOA2!

4/7/16 Case sent to NVC

4/22/16 Received NVC Case and Invoice Numbers

4/22/16 Submitted DS-261

4/22/16 Invoice for AOS Received. Paid AOS Fee

4/25/16 AOS Fee shows as PAID

4/27/16 Invoice for IV Received. Paid IV Fee

4/29/16 IV Fee Shows as PAID

4/29/16 Submitted DS-260

5/6/16 Sent AOS and IV packages

5/9/16 AOS and IV packages received by NVC

5/9/16 Scan Date

6/10/16 Case Complete

8/8/16 Received Interview Date

9/20/16 Interview Date

Well starting to see some July filers from the CSC are getting approvals...and seen some November filers getting approvals and of course the same with September and October filers. When is it our turn!??!?! :wacko:

lol, I've been able to get a tier 2 on the phone pretty much by asking any question that you can't find out by looking up your case on the USCIS website which is all the tier ones are doing. If you have a legitimate question, they'll transfer you because they don't have a clue.

USCIS: 307 days from NOA1 to NOA2 (no RFE's)

15JUN2012 USC married in Côte d'Ivoire
13AUG2012 I-130 sent by FedEx to Chicago
15AUG2012 I-130 packet delivered to mailroom, per FedEx.com
18AUG2012 NOA1, rcvd SMS & email saying case is routed to Vermont Service Center, later rcvd by snail mail
21AUG2012 the date on next I-797C received only by snail mail, says petition transferred to Lee's Summit,MO
28AUG2012 "touch" (website shows case was updated)
03OCT2012 the date casefile was sent to Atlanta, per phone call with ISO
01FEB2013 infopass at Atlanta, casefile has not even been assigned to anyone yet!

21JUN2013 NOA2, email received! USCIS website is updated! No SMS was received.

Letter rcvd later by snail mail from NBC, Lee's Summit, MO; however, I know file was adjudicated in Atlanta.

NVC:

11JUL2013 the date NVC says they received our file

19JUL2013 called and got Case # and IIN #, gave email addresses

22JUL2013 received DS-3032 and AOS invoice by email, mailed DS-3032

So I just called and spoke to an ISO who said my case was transferred to Atlanta and its still in line for its turn she said CSC is still working on June 22 which would have me waiting another 79 days for my NOA1s turn to come up. So basically the info wasnt that helpful but maybe the phone call itself will help. Idk just hopeing it will.....

I don't see what CSC's processing time has anything to do with NBC or the Atlanta office? Silly ISO. :whistle:

I know thats what im saying. She acted like she was understanding about me wanting to know about how much longer but.if she really was she could of given me a more atlanta specific answer

Well more bad news Atlanta transfers. The USCIS processing volumes and trends charts came out today. And, as I knew and expected, went from the 3600 last month to 4460. So a lot more of course and then the reciepts are 1,217 and completions is only at 528. Sigh...Atlanta is going so slow :angry:

Jan 23, 2013 - I-130 approved!!!

This is insane!!! I am even thinking about filing the I-129F but i am not sure if its worth the stress. Lets keep this communication going, its keeping some of us sane. I am sick of this!!! :angry: :angry:
