@Abezyo: I have been monitoring your timeline and noticed it. Have you called them? I think they might have received it but havent entered it into their stupid system yet, which is very unaccepteable. You may want to keep calling them. You can also ask to speak to a supervisor, and be ready to send them a scanned copy of your NOA2. The entire process is worse than insanity.

Yeah ive been calling them ever so often. Ive emailed NVCresearch 3 times and no responses yet. I leave in 16 days to overseas!

i have done everything humanly possible, contacted senators, congressman , received letters from them , replied them also and got emails from them that they will do something about it and i should be expecting from uscis, but its been 3 weeks since they said that and have not seen any improvement. i am still keeping calm though is very sad.

am trying to send an e request on the uscis website and it keeps saying am still within time range. i dont know what is the meaning of this. almost 8 months and the damn thing keep saying the same

5 weeks ahead of me and she just got rfe . very funny. that means she is like 9months .. yes they are very slow. am confused

I'm confused too. I have an infopass appointment next week because of a service request reply that my petition "was adjudicated" in Atlanta. So reveiwed? A decision made? An RFE? My status still says initial review and I found out it was in Atlanta from this reply I got from NBC a couple weeks ago! So frustrating! Come on Atlanta!

To be honest I'm not sure what worked. I submitted an erequest but was only able to do it once. In the comment area I just wrote what I was requesting. I wrote a letter to NBC, contacted my congressman, and also called the service center several times. And the response I received said that my request was attached but nothing was so I have no idea which method really worked! Now I have to work on getting info from the Atlanta office. But let me know if any of this helps!

My husband has changed jobs, are we able to mail evidence of this directly to the Atlanta field office?

Ladies and Gentlemen, my status has just changed to “DECISION.” I received a call from my senators office that my case has been approved, and will get my NOA2 in the mail soon.

Contacting senators really worked. I contacted both Senators and my congress man simultaneously. I also pushed that I had enough of the standard update “we have your file” and needed specifics, and timeline to decision.

Please don’t wait to hear back from them, I called each of them at least 3 times a week to get update, and told them what to ask USCIS about my case (That is: specifics).

I will keep you guys updated, because this forum is like my second home and I come here more than 20 times in a day.

I believe the congressional inquiry really worked, and to be honest, I pushed them VERY HARD. I will continue to pray that each and every one of you get your NOA2 very very soon.

Congrats bismark! I agree that contacting your congressmen and senators does help no matter what anyone says! Good to see the second approval from Atlanta on this forum! Hopefully they keep on coming! On the the NVC

I think they just enough of inquiries from multiple sources about my case, and went to hand pick my file this morning and approved it right away. I just hope they send it to NVC soon. Contacting senators is very important. I am not sure being an auditor also helped me but i told them what to ask and it made sense to them.

Yeah I called and checked just now. And still aboslutely nothing. This is frustratingggggggggg!!!
