I-134 Form Signing

Just about to complete my I-134 online form to send on to Manila via Fedex. At the extreme bottom of the page where I am to sign it there is somethjing kind of unclear to me. Just before the signature box is a highlighted box to fill in. When I hover my cursor over it it says to insert, "relationship". I believe this should be where I would type in my full name, just before the signature box. Seems out-of-place if I would enter, "fiance", here. It does not fit in context with the rest of the paragraph.

Anyone see what I mean?

If you are talking about the line that is inside the "Oath or Affirmation", that is a place to initial that you have read it. You don't need to sign it twice, just sign the bottom and initial the spot in the Oath or Affirmation.

I just checked mine and I left it blank. If you hover over it, it states "relationship" just like you mentioned, and from that I would put your relationship - fiance. I seriously doubt that space is for initials.
