Ok I will gettign married in December to my Ghanian man:)) But I have another buyer for my home, a chance to get from under my mortgage and obtain a smaller one. I would like to move back home until I find the house that I like insteads of rushing. I asked the buyers to wait until I return from my trip in december before they close on the property. They agreed but i still have not found a house for myself. So moving back with my parents for three months sound like a plan, but will that affect the affidavit of support. Will I have to add them to the total household size although they take care of themselves and I dont file them on my taxes? Will that be an issue? Or do I need to show proof that they take care of themselves and Im just renting a room from them for a few months because I will be paying them money....Help me Please:))

** Moving from General Imigration to K1 fiance visa forum ****

It should be no issue, as you are not listed as dependants on eachother's tax return.

Does not matter for your affidavit of support. Household size is not based on who you reside with. You do not support them and claim them on your taxes so they are not counted in your household size.
