How to prepare photos to be used as evidence for I-129F

So...is it true that I can simply put my "evidence photos" in a word document and print it out on good quality paper, and I don't need to actually send in 4x6 photos? I am prepering these for the 1-129F

Sure can. I put together a PowerPoint deck of photos with the information on location and date on the slide. It was then printed out in color. Others get fancier, others just send a plastic bag with a few photos. Remember, though, that photos are secondary evidence, so you don't have to make this into a huge project.

However you present the pictures, make sure on the back of them you write, names of who are in the pics, dates, and place of where you are in the pic.

I bought a clear plastic 8.5"x11" photo holder (cheapest at wallmart) So they can see the front and back of the photos. It's basically like an plastic baggy in the shape of a piece of paper. I did opt for printing the photos although now I don't remember why, there was something I read that prompted me to avoid the copier print.
