What evidence did you submit with your petition? How many times have you visited and for how long? If we knew then maybe we can offer advice.

*NBI/POLICE clearance

What kind of documents they want you to submit?

in all your ways submit to Him,
and He will make your paths straight.

Plane/train tickets, boarding passes or hotel receipts of your travels together.

Emails, chat logs, Skype video logs, postcards, birthday/christmas/valentine cards.

Remittance/deposit slips (if you're providing financial support).

They want to see proof of ongoing relationship. Proof of communication between the 2 of you since you filed the petition, and proof of visiting each other since you submitted the petition. That's to establish that you still have a relationship.

This can be passport stamps(copies of them), dated pictures, online communication(not 500 pages of chatlogs but a few here and there), snail mail, phone records etc.

K1 process, October 2010 > POE, July 2011

I-129F approved in 180 days from NOA1 date. (195 days from filing to NOA2 in hand)

Interview took 224 days from I-129F NOA1 date. (241 days from filing petition until visa in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days

Click timeline or "about me" for all details.

AOS process, December 2011 > July 2012

EAD/AP Approval took 51 days from NOA1 date to email update. (77 days from filing until EAD/AP in hand)

AOS Approval took 206 days from NOA1 date to email update. (231 days from filing until greencard in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until greencard in hand: 655 days

Sounds like you got 221g. The paper should state what they are requesting. If it's relationship evidence, give them more photos etc.

London typically doesn't ask for proof of ongoing relationship to the extent other embassies/consulates do, so it definitely would be good to know what happened at the OP's fiancé's interview -- what questions were asked? Was any documentation missing? Is your fiancé a native Brit?

AOS Package (I-485/I-765/I-131) NOA1: February 19, 2013 | Biometrics Appt.: March 18, 2013

Since the SAME thing happened to us I will tell you that we are planning to send in the following:

Relationship Evidence:

Phone call log

Chat log- 2.28.12 to present

Photos sent during chats

Additional Photos (in envelope)

Letterfrom (Petitioner's friend)

Letter from (Petitioner's father)

Letter from (Beneficiary's mother)

Vacation approval and original request

Weddingplan options and receipts

Emails-6.7.12 to present

Letters & Cards

Facebook Messages 2.1.12 to present

Waiting for NOA2 chart

Lease agreement and note

Go for something similar and you should be ok. Many say on here that they don't ask for anything, but I think, as was with our case, that because Julian and I met last November that when I sent the petition off in January, and followed the guidelines here: i.e. 4-5 photos, letter, emails etc. that because we didn't have a long history I didn't have binders full of evidence like many others have.

My advice is to print and send EVERYTHING you have regarding your relationship. If it's 100 pages of chat, then so be it. They need to see what you've been doing since you filed the petition (the bigger relationship picture). I've not had the funds to see Julian so for me, I've not got boarding passes and lots more photos, but I feel good about what we have as it's comprehensive and all encompassing of the last 9 months. Letters from friends and family are good too.Good luck and keep in touch and let me know how it turns out! star_smile.gif

Remember this: If you didn't know you and your fiance, and you were a stern CO, what would you want to see? Don't assume they know you love him or have a relationship, look at it from a strangers point of view and give them a good picture of the relationship.
