=)

so he's not making the trip for sure, huh?

When we finally get our interview, we're not sure if he'll be coming or not.. (mostly b/c I'd want him there for the interview AND especially moving.. ) but since that'll take a good week between those two things, he won't be able to get a week's worth of shifts all covered for managing the restaurant...

So, if I had to pick, i guess it'll have to be the move =(

Oh, he'll be there... in the hotel room. Unless he promises to follow my lead and don't be overly detailed (as all scientists are when as ked a yes or no answer....). But we'll see. I am in shock, scared sh!tless, etc.

Just got off the phone with Mtl. Was on hold for 45 seconds max. Since we had an RFE, our official waiting date is in May. The very nice lady told me that she didn't have a definite date but judging by where we were and how things were going it would be September or October. Now if I could just find the (insert derogatory word here) that sent the email and could throttle them I would really feel better.

Congratz and good luck to all that got theirs.

Wiz

Since you had an RFE?? Wasn't that before the Consulate step though?!

Does anyone know what happened to Rebecca & Don... I kind of want to know if Montreal is really working on mid-April before I call (since I'm at the end of April)

Edit: OH nm, I didn't realize "Udella & Wiz" were Rebecca & Don (and in fact you guys), whoops!!! Okay, I'll see what I can do tomorrow...!!!

They needed something else having to do with my fiancee's daughter. Set us back a whole month since it took them 3 weeks to respond.

Wiz(USC) and Udella(Cdn & USC!)

Okay so I called after getting SO confused by the voice prompts (I though I had to go to the non-immigrant visa information #, but that didn't help so I pressed 5 to get the ''other information" where I got someone telling me to call the 1-900 number and saying I had to schedule the interview  which I knew wasn't true... but anyway I almost gave up, wishing I knew someone's number on here so I'd know what to do (lol) but finally I tried again. The rather nice lady I spoke with told me that as it stands now I'll probably be in October. I forgot to ask what day I officially entered the waiting list (they never answer that question in my emails :( ) but I'm guessing it was early or mid May...

Hey, Just so you all know, I'm working on the Waiting List Chart..

Turning it into Excel so that it automatically counts days that you're waiting and such..

I'll post when I'm done.

PS, I'll only be including people that sent their P3's since Jan 1st of this year..

if you sent it before, and you would like to be on this list, let me know.. =)

Oh, and I'm removing the column of date MTL got your file..

Instead putting date you were entered into their system and obviously still keeping date you sent in your P3. (since the word version doesn't show me the date you were added to their system, I'm approximating right now and just adding 5-6 days to your P3 Sent date; based on my own experience.)

that's all folks!!

and you can PM me to change things if you'd like..; once, I post, of course =)

another PS... adding a column for VJ member's names to figure out whose timeline you're looking at =)

LOOK AT HER GO!!!! My friend I am impressed. This will be super helpful to everyone!!!!!

=) hehe

(do most people have excel on their computer??)

cuz if not, I can do a word version with the new additions too..

I think most ppl should though..

then again, I am the daughter of a programmer, so I've been technologically spoiled...

ALL DONE!

I did the best I could to find all your VJ names and such..

so if you see your vj name blank.. just PM me with the info (obviously remember to include you couple's name in the msg so I know who I'm editing!! =)

And it's in excel.

(I'm hoping all of you have Excel)

If you're not sure, go to START > ALL PROGRAMS > MICROSOFT OFFICE orMICROSOFT EXCEL

#######! it says I'm not permitted to upload an excel file onto VJ!

HMM........
