Call NVC 1-2 weeks after you receive your Noa2, if you signed up for e-notification that would be better cause you'll know earlier rather than waiting for the hard copy. Their number is (603) 334-0700

Better to call them. Our case was closed for weeks before we got a e-notification or NOA2.

How would i know if our case NVC is already complete?

I had to call them. Some people said that you actually receive an email, but our case was completed with a RFE to be presented at the interview, we receive the checklist but they never mentioned "case complete" on the letter. We called them and they told us our case was completed.

Service Center : California Service Center (CSC)

Marriage: 2011-12-29 in Salt Lake City, UT - USA

2012-07-18: I-130 Sent

2012-07-25: USCIS Received

2012-07-26: I-130 NOA1

2012-08-06: I-130 Approved (11 days)

2012-08-23: NVC Received (17 days)

2012-08-25: Return Completed DS-3032

2012-09-04: Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill

2012-09-04: Pay I-864 Bill

2012-09-06: Receive I-864 Package

2012-09-06: Received IV Bill

2012-09-07: Pay IV Bill

2012-09-12: Return Completed I-864

2012-09-12: IV Packet Sent

Email. NVC never sent me any hard copy of anything. Maybe because we are living overseas. We received our NOA1 and NOA2 hard copies from the USCIS though.

Email. NVC never sent me any hard copy of anything. Maybe because we are living overseas. We received our NOA1 and NOA2 hard copies from the USCIS though.

we live overseas too...and same NOA1 and NOA2 we received hardcopy but took about 5 weeks to reach us..thank God they sent us emails too....we sent our AOS and IV package already but NVC is yet to receive...apparently our package is travelling around the world (according to Fedex tracking).....we were just nervous thats why asked which route they use for RFE's, so expensive to call them and being kept on hold for sooo long...
