Read the instructions on the I-129f the answer to your question is right there.

If you missed that, there's a big chance you might be missing other things, so I suggest you also cross check everything with the K1 guide http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

No I saw that, and I had a family member who is a lawyer look at my paper work. I just thought there were locations for every state not just Texas. In the letter of intent it wants me to put the filing office, would that also be Texas?

Follow the instructions. There are two locations who could adjudicate your petition (Vermont and California), but you are to send your packet to the sorting facility that's listed in the instructions.

Yes, you can put the Texas address on your letters of intent as well since you're not sure which service center will receive your petition. The address on those letters does not matter - the content of the letters does.

They all go to the Dallas lockbox, which is a sorting facility, and they reroute your package to either California or Vermont.

For the letter of intent, the address is not important, what's important is that you address it to the right people.

The petition goes to USCIS, so you will address it to:

United States Department of Homeland Security

U.S.Citizenship and Immigration Services

The second letter of intent is to be presented at the Embassy where the beneficiary's interview will take place, so you'll address it to (for example):

Embassy of the United States

Buenos Aires, Argentina

If you really want to put an address, you can use the Dallas lockbox one.

Should I leave the address blank then on the cover letter and letter of intent if it does not matter?

have you seen the links to the examples of the Letter of Intent?

in the K1 guides

I have seen it, I am just double triple and quadruple checking. I have been spending weeks putting the packet together, cause I do not want to mess it up :( and I am about to send it off. So I just want to make sure that everything is right.

I really do appreciate everyone's help!you guys are so helpful. I would be lost without this place!

You'll do fine :) If you want, post a list of what you're planning to send off and we can review it to see if you've missed anything. Plenty of people do that as a last minute check. Sometimes it's best to have another set of eyes look it over.
