Sep 26,2012 - I-130 NOA1

Oct 04,2012 - I-130 case transferred from CSC to NBC Missouri

Oct 10,2012 - I-130 case transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office

Jan 23, 2013 - I-130 approved!!!

Jan 28, 2013 - NVC received case

Has anyone from NY been approved so far i only heard of the cases being transferred to the field office

My husband is from NY, and we got approved. But I don't know if we were transferred to NY field office or not.

Merry Christmas October's....Not approved yet, timeline shows Dec 6-Dec 16, Today is the 25th, right? LOL but on my way to see my Wife in the Philippines, so all is well at least right now :) Have a great day everyone!

17-Dec-11 Met my wife for first time

24-Jul-12 - Married in Philippines, Honeymoon in Hong Kong

20-Sep-12 - Return to Philippines for visit/Medical/finish up i-130

2-Oct-12 - I-130 Sent (Fedex)

3-Oct-12 - Received at Phoenix Lockbox

09-Oct-12- NOA1 email/SMS : I-130 transferred to NBC

12-Dec-12 - File appeared in Case status

25-Dec-12 - Returned to Philippines for Christmas and New Years

4-Jan-13- Learned my file was transferred to local office on Nov 27

17-Jan-13- I-130 Approved

23, 24, and 25 have been approved in the last 1 to 2 weeks.

26 is in initial review.

27, 28, 29, 30 is for form I-90 Application to Replace Alien Registration Card and they're in initial review.

Hope this means I get approved soon. :yes:

I checked all the others, only 25 is online, and it was an i130 approved on Dec 21st.

I am 43 and i still cant see my case . I checked the online how u guys are doing it and i mUst say that it drove me crazy.

Numbers 37 to 50 are not approved and u can see online

Number 36 has been approved on december 3

I guess we really cant tell how they are approvinh d cases and its annoying . Coaltoasty you are number 26 and stoll not approved

Ughhh we got a few days left until january 3 lol

Got hard copy of NOA2 yesterday, for those of you that asked my petition was approved by NBC that was the address on the bottom of the approval notice, so the folks that haven't been transferred hopefully this means you will be approved soon :)

I know, and with the holidays upon us, I hope they make some progress, but I think it'll be a huge hit on efficiency, which is why I was hoping we'd get approved before this week.
