Filed from the USA, Petitioner lives IN the USA.

Sorry, my final bit for analysis was to study all of his prior posts using the advanced search tool.

He's absolutely in the USA, front-loaded his I-130, Vietnamese Spouse.

No indication of local office anything.

so - that's 2 , so far, from the October 2012 filers group.

The first was a military expedite , in/out within 10 days.

The DCF petitions are treated very differently. From all indications those of us residing in non-DCF countries are remaining at NBC to be processed.

Wow, I guess that's good news for some of us in the US... I front loaded the I-130 somewhat as well, hopefully it helps others who did the same. Feel bad for overseas USCs if they are indeed prioritizing one over the other...

Check this search out (Darnell, I know you probably did this already! tongue.gif )

Go to http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/filterlist.php and then use the criteria below to fill out the form. Then look at the avg days between NOA1 and NOA2 for the results, i'm getting REALLY happy about it. kicking.gif

Visa Type : [iR-1/CR-1], Service Center : [National Benefits Center], Beneficiaries Country : [All], Consulate/Embassy : [All], I130 NOA 1 After 2012-08-15, I130 NOA 2 Before 2012-11-28, Local Office : [All] and then change max entries to 100.

If you want, you can change the "NOA1 after" date to something closer to October, but I remember Aug 15 is when the NBC/MSC stuff began from what I read.

I see 9 people who have their NOA2 with an average of 56 days, and ONE lucky person who even has an interview days 46 days after their NOA2!!!

Ok so I called uscis yesterday. My case was sent to NBC on Oct 12 and rerouted to a local office Nov 16th. They also said my case has been assigned to an officer? Does that mean the processing has begun, etc? How long until i hear anything. On uscis website it says im still in initial review...Oh and I originally filed at Chicago Lockbox. And I have not recieved a transfer notice. Just NOA1

Ugg. Called into USCIS, got an ISO, I learn that my casefile was transferred to the 'local Dallas office' on 28 NOV 2012, which is in Irving, and I'm pegged for an interview sometime. Ugg.

10-13-2012 - I-130 sent USPS Priority to Phoenix Lockbox, expedite request included (medical)

10-17-2012 - I-130 packet received at Phoenix Lockbox (so says USPS)

10-22-2012 - I-130 NOA1 date, per text and email. Going to MSC, Drats.

10-25-2012 - I-797-C Received via USPS - postmark 10-22, rcv'd date 10-17, notice date 10-19, PD 10-17

10-26-2012 - Service Request/Referral put in with an ISO over the telephone. ISO requested that someone review the casefile, find the expedite request included in it, and make a determination to expedite or no

10-30-2012 - [gleaned on the 31st via telephone] Expedite Request Under Review. Decision within 60 days. letter to follow

11-02-2012 - Received Service Request notice via postal mail.

12-04-2012 - Phone call with ISO, learned casefile transferred to local office on 28 NOV 2012, I'm pegged for an interview sometime.

They told me the same thing Darnell except mine was assigned to an adjudicator in Dallas on Oct 31 and I am going to have an interview too....hmmmm weird we were told the same thing
