Hello, My fiancees Passport will expire before the 6 month allotted time given by U.S. immigration. My question is can she renew her passport at anytime prior to the expiration and does she keep or retain her old passport? Thanks

She should renew her passport because she won't be allowed to travel with an expired passport.

Her old/expired passport will be returned to her, she can keep it.
