what to send with the I-130

hello to all, my wife and I are getting prepared to start this hard process, she is the petitioner, we want to know what really we have to send as a evidence with the I-130, is it necesary to send statements? can we send pics, facebook conversations, phone bill, skype calls?

any help will be appreciated.

statement is not neccessary at this stage but the rest of your list is solid evidence of communication between you two, include anything that establishes bonafied evidence of marriage. .

dont hesitate to ask ANY question, we have folks here who are dedicated and so helpful to us all, just follow careful instructions and you will be fine. Good luck to you on your journey

I received request for evidence for my mom's I-130, I sent them photos, western union receipts, beneficiary page from my retirement account showing her as my beneficiary and an INS document I found listing her as my mom. As you can see I didn't have much evidence we did not have baby pictures or anything but they accepted the little evidence I submitted. Good luck.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
