I was guessing for ROC interview........and guess what I was absolutely right...woooohoooo..

Yesterday I got letter to appear in interview on 9/26 in Philadelphia. Again I need to collect all documents ,like copy and print outs and all bullshit..I am too lazy for that. Anyways I have no option, so I need to do it. Since I read that interview notice , my brain has started to think all possible interview questions...so far its almost 500...:-)

Sorry guys for late response, I just want to give you my updates. My ROC was approved on 04/19/2013. No RFEs and no complication took about 6 months and everything was fine. Now I'm on my way to citizenship which is coming up on October 26th. Thank you for your help, you have been really helpful.

I put a service request yesterday since it's been 90 days since we sent the request for evidence, they sent me this response:

"Your Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence (Form I-751) has been randomly selected for an interview. We are awaiting scheduling information from your local district office. If you wish, you may schedule an appointment with your local office by visiting our web site at www.uscis.gov. You must use the InfoPass Appointment Scheduler prior to visiting your local office."

So I'm guessing we are part of the "lucky ones". On 09/16 I have to go for the biometrics for the N400 and since I'll be in the area I will get my passport stamped and see if they have any updates on the interview date.

I put a service request yesterday since it's been 90 days since we sent the request for evidence, they sent me this response:

"Your Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence (Form I-751) has been randomly selected for an interview. We are awaiting scheduling information from your local district office. If you wish, you may schedule an appointment with your local office by visiting our web site at www.uscis.gov. You must use the InfoPass Appointment Scheduler prior to visiting your local office."

So I'm guessing we are part of the "lucky

02-28-14 -> I-130 sent to Chicago Lockbox.
03-03-14 -> USCIS received. (Priority Date)
03-09-14 -> NOA1 received.
06-04-14 -> NOA2 received. Approved.
06-18-14 -> NVC Received case.
07-03-14 -> NVC Assigned Case#(Got Case# & IIN Over the Phone).
07-22-14 -> DS-261 Completed.
07-25-14 -> AOS fee Payment.
07-29-14 -> AOS fee shows PAID.
07-30-14 -> AOS Package Sent.
07-31-14 -> AOS Package delivered.
09-15-14 -> IV fee Payment.

09-17-14 -> IV fee Shows PAID.

So you guys are waiting for I-751 interview and also filed N400. Please open another thread, so that we can follow how things go for these kind of cases. It will be helpful for others in similar situation.

USA

01/08/13 - Approved and GC is order for production on 1/8/14

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.

Dear,

Hope all is well on your side.

My two years card expire in October. So the 90 days windows started in July. I send the I-751 once in September and forgot the checks. I send again with the checks and rceved again a letter saying:

"the above application and it's supporting documents are attached. Your application has not been examined for legal sufficiency and / or required document.

The revision date can no longer be accepted. please fill out a new form and resubmit your application with proper support dee and suppotng documentation."

I just noticed the day on the I-751 are wrong ( next to the signature )

Would that be a reason to reject the form ?

Am I out of time ?
