Today I received an email response to my service request.
It states my case is in "adjudication" and to wait 45 days for a notice of action. A decision has not yet been made.

A second email arrived minutes later, showing that my online status had be updated, but still in initial review (touched) and I had changed my address. I have not changed my address since my ROC application but I did provide my listed address over the phone during the service request.

The wait goes on. Good luck to the other few remaining filers who have not yet been approved.

SUCCESS!

Received approval letter in the mail today. I cried I was so happy.
Decision date 7/3/13, the same day my service request was answered via email. The online status remains as "initial review."

ROC total review/decision time = 260 days.

I know I was completely in the dark and incredibly stressed over my divorce waiver, so if anyone has questions about my case please feel free to message me. This forum has helped me so much over the years, it is so very appreciated.

Good luck to the few remaining! The end may be in sight!

Just as a follow up, they did accidentally change my address during my service request.
I am amazed the letter even made it to me. Kudos to the post office for once!

Called the number, waited 160 minutes and corrected the change in address mistake.

You received your RFE around the same time I did. I didn't respond until late June and I was approved this week (about 3 wks). I assuming you should hearing from them very soon.
