Hello VJ ppl

I called uscis number last Friday, I spoke to tier 2 officer, I asked her abt my case, she told me its still in my local office and all what I have to do is waiting,Last night I tried the E request even tho my case it's not beyond the timeframe, it give a msg I think it said ur case still within the timeframe, guess wha!!!,!,Today I receive an email from uscis saying that my case is approveDecision:On February 2, 2013, your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was approved. You will be notified of the decision by mail. Please check our website at.uscis.gov for further updates on your case, including when the approval notice is mailed. If you do not receive the approval notice within 30 days, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance.

Who ever is waiting please try to give them a call and ask abt ur case, I was not going to do so till a friend of mine told me just give it a shot an call uscis.

I wish you all good luck.

I am about to update my timeline

Ok, so I'm not getting which erequest you are submitting, when I click on it I get two options:

Typographical error on a notice you received

Non-Delivery of ASC Appointment Notice

Which one is it?

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

From what Im understanding Nola they arent submitting...they are just trying to submit something. I think it may just be a coincidence type thing. I try to submit erequests all the time. I go through the whole process it gives me three options. One is the outside time frame option ones like an address change and ones like the ASC option. I always choose the timeframe one and I always get the message that it can not go through cause Im within processing time. Not sure. I think I may write the field director next. I sent a message to my senator and received no response. Wondering if I should try that route again.

My petition was approved today. Just got word that the notice was mailed as well. 141 days of waiting. The wait was driving me crazy......it's just a big waiting game. I wish you all good luck and to have patience. I have not been able to even take leave to visit my wife yet, due to low manning. Now on to my next mission......NVC

He said because we have an EAC# and we’re still within Vermont’s timeframe it wouldn’t work. Didn’t try an ISO as he was calling from the parking lot of the field office.

We’re going for a 3rd InfoPass appointment when I’m down south again in a couple of weeks. Hopefully something will happen.

If not it’s the senator route for us I think. Or the expedite because we shouldn’t have gotten a NOID in the first place (USCIS error).

heyy did you do the infopass the third time?how does that work?
