Congrats!

Almost 4 month for me since NOA1, today I called and spoke with ISO again. He didnt provide muuch info and said he can send a request for the status on my case. I was not intersted to do at this time, but he did filed request for me. Now I should hear something in 2 weeks, but getting tired of this long process...hope this will end soon with God willing..

Today I called again and waited about 1 hour, but got nothing out of ISO. She provide me same info that I can get online or from customer service. I think ISO are useless. SHe even didnt know where my case is... I told her its tranfer to local office, she said no its in California... which she is was wrong, because I had receive tranfer letter for NBC and then online status change to processing at USCIS office.
