When they arrive to NVC, the K3 line will be closed so I suggest you do not disregard the I-130 approval.

The I130 is better to persue if you can because it will cost less money in the end. And I am talking in the thousand dollar range too!

It was and is not required for the I-130, but later at the NVC stage. Some of the local offices are using old or incorrect checklists and hence requiring birth certificates that were not required. We didn't send my husband's (the beneficiary's).

We all understand how stressful this process can be so hurry up and send in the birth certificate so you can get your NOA2

No because if you carefully followed the instructions you will see that the only birth certificae you are supossed to send is the Petitioner's. SO I followed the rules and their own people don't know the rules and now I am being delayed for something that they are making an error on

I had my wife and Stepdaughter both approved yesterday! not sure of my priority date, but the recipt date was september 14. Was sent to california service center then transferred to lee's summit,MO. good luck to all of you still waiting for results.

my husband manage to call uscis customer service and he was told that they are still processing the June 2012 filers all you have to do is wait. and your documents is already on process. And they never give anymore details?

so when I called a few days ago they said that my application was in Orlando as of Nov 9th now today when I talked to person at customer service they said my application is still in Missouri.

They really are not very caring at all. I was trying to get any info I could and their only answer was it is a normal 5 month wait.. They dont give a ####### that we are all separated from our loved ones and want this resolved asap
