Also My FOIA was Filed In April and Can anyone advise on when I might be getting this back??? I hear its going on for about 6 - 9 months? is this correct???

More likely to be a year than 8 to 12 weeks.

Just reality.

My reply was in regards to FOIA, you asked "can anyone advise on when I might be getting this back?"

it CAN take up to a year. If answering honestly is being negative, so sad, too bad.
