I have read the guides and the instructions for the i-134 affidavit and I thought it said the I-134 needs to be notarized. Yet I read posts that say have he bank letter, tax transcripts, letter from employer notarized also. So.........which is it? I think some people have all notarized just to be on the safe side. Please help, interview December 1st.

Thanks,

Scott

The only thing that needs to be notarized is the I-134 form. Nothing else. If the things needed to be notarized, I would think that would be indicated in the instructions included with the I-134.

Scott,

You are correct, a lot of people go notary crazy somehow thinking that it makes their documents more meaningful.
