So, since I live alone and my husband (the applicant) does not work, I don't do this form, right?

PS - I make 37,000 per year... Do you think I need to show my paycheck stubs in addition to my taxes and bank statements?

You don't need to send I-864A if you live alone. My husband didn't have to send one, and I am his dependant.

I guess only if you live with your parents, siblings, children or roomates that have income, then you should send one.

Since you live alone and make that much consider using the I-864EZ, it is simpler and requires less documentation, just 1 year tax data, but can include, past 3, a letter from employer, and up to the past 6 months pay stubs.

The I-864A is only used in cases where a person lives with a family member like a parent and are relying on them to help sponsor the immigrant. In your case that for dose not apply.
