FedEx transmittal to TSC

Does anyone know whether I can FedEx my petition to the courier address listed on TSC's website? 1 customer service rep. said no, another said yes. Also, has anyone supplied the service center with pre-paid FedEx envelopes for transmission to NVC and Embassy? Also, I have access to an FBI SAIC (Special Agent In Charge) -- should I ask her to help speed up the background check? I have been told that the background check takes 6-8 weeks -- my thinking is that if I tell the SAIC to have them speed it up, maybe they will (if they can).

Also, I have good friends who are good friends of Congressmen and a Senator -- anyway that they (the Congressmen, Senator or all of them) can help before there is a problem -- I mean, should I send it in with a cover letter from one of those guys or have them call the director of TSC and ask for special attention?

Please let me know your thoughts. All replies will be greatly appreciated.

Use the address on the website and make sure the service you use can deliver to a P.O. Box

No - they use their own method to forward from the NVC to the Embassy - don't waste your time or money

Also, I have access to an FBI SAIC (Special Agent In Charge) -- should I ask her to help speed up the background check? I have been told that the background check takes 6-8 weeks -- my thinking is that if I tell the SAIC to have them speed it up, maybe they will (if they can).

No - they handle their own background checks during the course of processing - there is nothing you can do to speed that up

Also, I have good friends who are good friends of Congressmen and a Senator -- anyway that they (the Congressmen, Senator or all of them) can help before there is a problem -- I mean, should I send it in with a cover letter from one of those guys or have them call the director of TSC and ask for special attention?

No. If you find that you need the assistance of your Senator, you can contact them on your own via "consituent's services" on their website. Since your petition will be forwarded to CSC, calling the Director of TSC will do nothing. Calling the Director of CSC and requesting "special attention" is not an option. The only way to get an expedite is due to several medical emergency or military deployment.

You would be best advicsed to focus on putting together a complete and perfect application package rather than how to get special treatment.

Send your petition USPS and use their Express Mail. You can track it as it makes its way to TSC.

As for calling on all your resources, keep in mind that you you haven't even sent in the petition. You're still trying to figure out how to get it to TSC! It may serve you better to wait until you need their assistance before you start calling in the troops. From what I've seen on this forum over the past 5 months, USCIS doesn't seem to respond to too much. I'd sure hate to be the one that pissed them off!

The Visa process can require several months for I-129F approval. Next, there's the process on the beneficiary's side and dealing with the Consulate in their country. So try to chill out a bit. You're getting ahead of yourself.

Best of luck on your journey!
