No. Nothing needs to be notarized.

Its not required because notaries simply verify signatures having nothing to do with content.

The forms from USCIS that are sent in your petition do not need to be notarized.

It may be different with the documents needed at the embassy later on because it's country specific however one step at a time. None of the forms I handed in had been notarized at any stage of the process. Your personal documents may be a different matter than the forms(later on).
