I just five short days ahead of you so I feel your pain :( and what the heck?!?! 120 days? That's longer than the whole process SHOULD take to begin with really. I hope you get it soon. There's still a few hours left today. Fingers crossed!

I know you do...thank you hun! And as for you, it can't be any longer I think! When I see people timing out like that, they seem to get it with a small delay from a few days up to maybe 2 weeks... Oh I'm fortune reading now :unsure: But I swear it's time for you!

OP. Visa journey is in no way connected to USCIS, they just use the information and dates we post to generate some stats and provide us with some estimated times that we can expect to get approved but

January filer here... and still waiting.... so I don't even look at Igor's time lines any more. To depressing to see people after us getting approvals. Even those with RFE's after us getting approva

I was a January filer and we had our interview September 14. My husband picks up his visa and documents Monday. Hopefully that is some positive news for everyone waiting here.

We waited 7 months and 29 days (242 days). We did have an RFE but had to file a service request after that timed out.

I feel like it should be close for you. :) Hang in there. You are well past processing times and they should be giving you a speedy service request. (One can hope anyway). Good luck. Keep us posted.

VSC is so backlogged, and now even more with the Dream Act... they have no hope of catching up.
