Hi,

My Husband (The Petitioner) from USA (NY) called up NVC as my all the papers has been submitted there along with Affidavit of Support. So my husband asked them that what is the status, " they said, they have what they need , so call NVC within couple of weeks".

What is that means? how long I have to wait for the interview? please let me know!

to my understanding they will send you a form DS-230 to fill up for you and your husband information and you need to sign it originally..and after the DS-230 have signed then they will arrange (NVC) and provide you an schedule for your interview...Good Luck!

Hi Nikkiegirl!

I have already signed the DS-230 form and sent it to my husband. My paper works are done, but my question is when they will send the pac4 to Mumbai USA Embassy, as I know there is no tentative time but again just out of curiosity.

:

Do I receive any "Case Complete" email from NVC that your case has been completed and forwarded it to Mumbai USA Embassy? It is been almost 2 weeks they have have received my complete paper works and they said to my husband even that whatever we need, we have. So call NVC within couple of weeks!

Please suggest, is there is any affirmative reply!
