Hi,

We just got our NOA2 and I am starting to prepare all the documents for the interview. I was wondering how recent the police report has to be. Thus, if I am getting it now, but the interview might only be in two months, would it be considered up to dat?

Usually it is good for up to a year. It would probably be best to email the US embassy in Switzerland and ask the question but for most, I believe it is a year.

yep, in my country it's good for one year as well. But as the poster above said, it's country specific, so to be on the safer side, email US embassy in CH.

K1 Visa

I-129F Sent : 2012-02-03
US Entry : 2012-11-01

Adjustment of Status

I-485 sent : 2012-11-14
Interview : 2013-05-21

GC received: 2013-06-13

Removing conditions

I-751 Sent: 2015-03-02

Approval: 2015-12-11

GC received: 2015-12-21

Citizenship

N-400 sent: 2016-03-21

Interview: 2016-08-08

Oath: 2016-08-17
