need urgent help pls

please help us as my cousin really needs help...her husband passed away a us citizen and my cousin is holding 10 year GC after her husband passed away last year she apply for re- entry permit and as soon as she received it they flew back to philippines together with her us born baby, then on airport she get balikbayan stamped for her baby but right now its almost a year and pretty soon the balikbayan stamped is expiring and she doesnt know what to do.Can anyone here help us so the baby can stay longer here in PI for a year again.thanks a lot.

Baby is dual citizen (or can be) being momma is Filipina, may have to record the birth with NSO - not sure on that one. So staying in the Philippines is not limited.

as long that she didn't stayed 2years...nothing to worry :thumbs:

make sure she goes back now...because if she didn't extent/or notify the US embassy...they will consider her "abondonment of greencard"

Yes the big issue (really) is with momma's 10 year green card, if SHE stays outside the USA over a year USCIS may consider the green card abandoned.
