Hi guys,

We are about ready to submit the I-751 application for my wife - I was hoping if you guys can take a quick look at what I have compiled as evidence and let me know if it looks good

The list of items I have in the packet at the moment are

1) I-751 application

2) Additional Address Sheet

3) $590 Money Order addressed to USCIS

4) Copy of my wife's passport

5) Copy of my passport

6) Copy of my wife's GC (front & back)

7) Copy of our apartment leases (2 leases as we moved once)

8) Copy of renters insurance for both residences

9) Copy of our joint health insurance records for last 2 years

10) My current employers benefits statement showing my wife as the beneficiary on everything 401k, stocks, life insurance etc.

11) Copy of our actual Health, Dental and Vision Cards

12) Copy of our actual debit and credit cards

13) 2 years worth of Bank Statements

14) Copy of our 6 vacations that we took together ( tickets, hotels, other tickets that we purchased together)

15) Last 2 years tax transcripts

Is there anything else that you suggest I should include?

Thank you for taking the time to look over this

Hi

You could add copies of both your driver licenses showing same address.

Your list looks good. You could add 2 or 3 affidavits but it's not absolutely necessary. I did but because I have been travelling back in forth to Canada to help my family. You don't need to send that many pics but it's up to you.

Good luck

Why do you need a copy of the Passport? It is not specified in the Guide. Also why both of your passports?

If I remeber correctly the money order should be made out to US Dept of Homeland Security..... Otherwise looks good, I did a checklist page for them so they had a "table of contents" for them to reference easily...

Two affidavits (no need to get these notarized) from realtives or frineds that know about your continuing marraige are very important. Without these you will get a RFE.
