I-134 Question

Hello everyone!

My fiance Goran and I received our NOA2 on August 9th and are ecstatic about almost being done with the waiting game ... In the meantime, I've started gathering documents to mail to him in Macedonia and have a question:

How important is it that the I-134 form has an original signature? Mine won't be a problem, but my mother is co-sponsoring, and she lives quite a distance from me. It would be so much easier for her to simply scan and e-mail it to me for me to print, rather than waiting for it to go through snail mail.

Thanks in advance for your advice!

It is usually required to have original documentation. Can't you email your mother the form, let her sign 2 or 3 copies and have expedited shipping to you?

The I-134 needs to have an original signature.
